Is this free?
Yes, there's a free tier. You get 3 Prompt Maps with full editing, and you can copy or download your prompt anytime. If you want more, Pro is $8.95/month and gives you unlimited maps, access to the community library, and shareable links so you can send your prompt to others.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Not at all. Zero coding. This tool is built for people who have never written a line of code in their life. If you can type in a text box, you can use this.
Which AI tool should I use this with?
ChatGPT is the most popular choice and works great for most people. Claude is excellent for longer, more nuanced conversations. Gemini is a solid pick if you're already in the Google ecosystem. Honestly, they all work. Pick whichever one you're most comfortable with.
Can I use the same prompt in multiple AI tools?
Yes. Your prompt is just text. Copy it and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or anything else. It works everywhere.
My agent isn't behaving right
My agent is making stuff up.
This usually means your Knowledge node doesn't have enough information. The agent is filling in gaps with guesses. Three things to try: add more details to your Knowledge node, add a rule that says "Never make up information — if you don't know, say so," and add an example that shows how the agent should respond when it doesn't have the answer.
My agent sounds too robotic.
Add more examples with natural, human-sounding responses. Your agent copies the tone of your examples. If all your examples sound formal and stiff, that's how your agent will talk. Write a few examples the way you'd actually talk to a customer, and the agent will pick up on that.
My agent is ignoring my rules.
This almost always means your rules are too vague. "Be professional" is vague — the agent doesn't know what that means in your specific context. "Never use slang or emojis" is specific and testable. Make your rules concrete, and add a bad example showing what the rule prevents. That combination works much better.
Editing and undo
Can I undo?
Yes. Ctrl+Z on Windows, Cmd+Z on Mac — just like any other app. If you need to go further back, you can use version history to restore any previously saved version of your Prompt Map.
I accidentally deleted a node.
Hit Ctrl+Z (or Cmd+Z on Mac) right away to bring it back. If you already saved after deleting it, check your version history — you can restore any previously saved version that still had that node.
Sharing and collaboration
Can someone else edit my prompt?
No. When you share a link, it's read-only. The other person can look at your prompt and learn from it, but they can't change anything. If they want their own copy, they can fork it — which creates a separate version they control, leaving yours untouched.
Account and billing
How do I cancel Pro?
Go to Settings, then Subscription, then click Cancel. Your maps will stay where they are, but if you have more than 3, they'll become read-only until you're back within the free tier limit. Nothing gets deleted.

You just went through the most common questions and issues people run into. Most problems come down to three things: not enough examples, vague rules, or missing knowledge. If something isn't covered here, reach out to support — we're happy to help.
